I am a SAHM who lives in the South with my two children, who I homeschool, my husband, the techno-geek whom I adore, and our 7 cats. Yes, 7 cats. I have a soft heart toward animals and am a huge proponent of spay/neuter. I am also an avid reader of romance, history, mystery and science fiction/ fantasy, and will occsionally post a review of a book I like. If I read a book I don’t like, I keep my mouth shut! I couldn’t stand to hurt someones feelings, and have done so accidentally when first learning to write my reviews. Therefore, if I don’t like it, you won’t ‘hear’ about it! Anyway, where ever you are, I hope you enjoy your day.

Carolyn
Just found you. I too live in the south. Our childeren are grow and out of the nest, but I have 5 furry faced children, Beagle and Springer Spaniel mixed. If that isn’t a combo I don’t know what is. Love books!!! My house is full and busrsting at the seems. My husband turned our daughters old room into a book room for me and a music room for him. Needles to say, I have the shelves full and am considering the laundry room as a second book room. By the way, I live in Georgia, ( with my Georgia boy via North Carolina), and I was born and raised in Mississippi, so I’m truly from the South.
Best wishes,
Carolyn

Carolyn, Welcome! It’s truly nice to meet another Southern woman. I’m also glad to meet another reader and lover of books. Without them, I, well, I can’t imagine a life without books! I hope that you continue your love of books and find lots more space for them. *g*
Hug your fur babies for me!
B.
